Cancellation policy

Once a booking is confirmed and payment is charged.

1. Cancellations made more than 2 hours before appointment time will incur payment processing fees (3.4% + $0.50).

2. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before appointment time or no show will incur payment processing fees plus $20 transport fees for the service provider.

3. If another charge occurs due to price change or on site quoting, cancellations made after will incur an additional $0.50.
